Enclose a sae to get your tickets by return post, otherwise they will be held at the Box Office for collection. IN PERSON Call in at the Box Office, St Ives Theatre. The office and box office is run by volunteers so please ring 01736 797007 or e-mail info@kidzrus.net. On performance nights, we are also open 7.00 - 10.00pm. | Terms and Conditions | Advance Tickets Tickets purchased in advance will be held at the box office for collection. We will only post tickets to the purchaser on receipt of a SAE. Reservations All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, except in the following cases: On the day of performance reservations may be made for that day’s performance only, provided they are paid for at least 15 minutes before the performance commences. Any unclaimed tickets after that time will be released for sale. Group bookings may notify us in advance of estimated booking numbers, but the final number of seats required must be confirmed at least 5 working days before the date of performance. Booking Fee A booking fee of £1 is chargeable on all credit/debit card transactions. Refunds & Re-sales We regret that we cannot refund money for tickets purchased unless the performance is completely sold out and the tickets can be resold. Tickets may be exchanged for seats of an equal value at another performance within the season currently available for booking, or for a voucher for tickets valid for 12 months from the time of booking. Tickets can only be exchanged up to 24 hours before the performance to which they relate. Tickets presented after this time cannot be exchanged. Tickets to be exchanged must be returned to the theatre at the time of exchange. There will be £2 administration surcharge per booking for resale or exchange of tickets.
