Enclose a sae to get your tickets by return post, otherwise they will be held at the Box Office for collection. IN PERSON Call in at the Box Office, St Ives Theatre. | Terms and Conditions | Advance Tickets Tickets purchased in advance will be held at the box office for collection. We will only post tickets to the purchaser on receipt of a SAE. Reservations All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, except in the following cases: On the day of performance reservations may be made for that day’s performance only, provided they are paid for at least 15 minutes before the performance commences. Any unclaimed tickets after that time will be released for sale. Group bookings may notify us in advance of estimated booking numbers, but the final number of seats required must be confirmed at least 5 working days before the date of performance. Booking Fee A booking fee of £1 is chargeable on all credit/debit card transactions. Refunds & Re-sales A refund will only be given if an event has been cancelled or postponed. We are happy to try and sell your ticket once the event has sold out. There will be a 50p per ticket charge for this service. We cannot guarantee that we can sell on your ticket. Concessions & Group Bookings Concession rates are available to children under the age of 15 only. We offer a group booking discount of one free ticket per 10 purchased.
