Kidz R Us would like to give a big thank you to everyone who voted for them in the semi-final round of the National Lottery Awards 2010.   

We are thrilled to tell you that, thanks to your support, we were one of the three best supported Arts Projects in the country and have gone through to the final round.  The winner will be selected by public vote beginning on 26 July, so we’ll be appealing for everyone to vote for us again, and take us through to the Trophy!  

Phil Barnett, Chairman of Kidz R Us said, “winning a Lottery Award would give national recognition to the work of Kidz and help us to reach out to even more young people and volunteers in Cornwall.  It would also be a great opportunity to showcase how fantastic all our youngsters are and to inspire other young people to fulfil their creative potential.”  

The winning project will receive national recognition on a star-studded BBC 1 TV show later this year and will receive a £2,000 cash prize.
