We are delighted to be able to introduce the two tutors who will be joining Jay for West End Southwest Summer School:
George trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, London.
Upon graduating he made his professional debut in the London company of WICKED (Apollo Victoria) in the role of Boq-a role he reprised as part of the Original UK/Ireland Tour.
Credits include: SWEENEY TODD (Welsh National Opera/West Yorkshire Playhouse), PETER PAN (New Wimbledon Theatre & Milton Keynes Theatre), THE GUINEA PIG CLUB (York Theatre Royal), HAIR (European Arena Tour) BRITANNIA HIGH (ITV), GUNS ON THE TABLE (Out & Out Films), ROD STEWARTS CHRISTMAS (ITV).
George is an accomplished Vocal & Performance coach, and has lectured at some of the UK’s top conservatoires, including Mountview, LAMDA and The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. He is a currently a member of the Musical Theatre faculty at The Urdang Academy, London, and Body Work Company, Cambridge.
Heather trained at the BRIT School and Bird College and has just recently finished touring the UK as Dance Captain, with the production of ‘Annie’. Prior to this Heather has been in Mamma Mia! (Novello Theatre); 42nd Street Gala (London Palladium); Loserville (Garrick Theatre); Tap Your Troubles Away for the BBC proms (Royal Albert Hall); The Fix (Union Theatre); The Prodigals (Edinburgh Festival); and she has performed in many Pantomimes across the Country.
Heather is thrilled to be teaching at ‘West End to Southwest’ and can’t wait to meet everybody!
